Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-06

Project Alicia (the "Service") is an AI-assisted productivity platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

We use the information solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service: synchronizing your mailbox, sending messages on your behalf, and providing AI-assisted features you explicitly invoke.

3. Google User Data

The Service's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties for advertising, do not use it to serve ads, and do not allow humans to read it except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) when required by law, or (c) for security investigations or to fix bugs at your request.

4. Storage and Security

Account credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Email content is fetched on demand and cached only as needed for the Service to function.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share Gmail data with third parties except subprocessors strictly required to operate the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers).

6. Your Rights

You may disconnect a connected Gmail account at any time from Settings → Email, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address below.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
